How do I personalize a product?
On the products that currently allow to be personalized, you will see a button that says "PERSONALIZE IT". Once you click that button, the product personalizer will allow you to make selections and enter information to personalize to your preferences.

How long will my order take?
All products are made to order - meaning that when you place the order your order jumps into the queue to be made. Please allow 1-2 weeks for completion prior to shipping.

How do I ship my order back to you?
If you're not happy with your order and have requested a refund, please note that shipping will be at your expense.

How do discounts and promotions work?
If there is a promotion currently, the discount is typically already added in the cart. For Instance, there will be a discount each month for an item being featured. This is automatically applied to your cart at checkout.
Discount codes can be used and may replace an automatic discount. These codes are typically sent to email subscribers and return customers.
Discounts/Coupons may not be combined.
