Getting to Know Me Cheat Sheet
Getting ready for the first day of school is tough for any parent, but when you add in parenting a child with special needs, you enter a different territory. It's hard to walk your child through the doors of the school and walk out and hope/pray for the best.
Having this little cheat sheet ready to go has helped with sending my daughter, Riley, to school. So much so that I've received such positive feedback from her specialists at school and decided to make this available to help out other parents.
It's a 4 page fillable PDF document that you can either print and fill out, or if you're a little tech-savvy, you can use Adobe Acrobat to fill it out and then print. Just fill, print, and send with your child to school. We include this document in a 3-prong folder along with Riley's seizure log.
Looking to get yourself seriously organized? Check out the IEP Binder here. This document is also included as part of the IEP Binder.
Interested in the seizure log? Get it for free here!
How about the Top Ten Questions to ask at your next IEP meeting? I got you covered... for free.
This is an instant digital download, meaning no physical item will be shipped to you. What you are purchasing is a PDF document, that will be immediately available to you after purchase.
You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to be able to open the document, which can be downloaded for free here: https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/acrobat/pdf-reader.html
Just a fun note, this will be branded with Unbreakable Sara. This is my blog/brand for those particularly important parents out there of special needs kids. Check it out if you get a minute. It's a fun crowd!
